Trouble Falls In My Home.

I pretty much made two people mad at me with my needing to know of things/make myself feel better. I guess nothing really went as planned. Hopefully I can patch things up with at least one of them. The more important one of course.

As Hard As I've Tried, I've Found I Can't Deny Myself Things That I Want.

I want to move out already. We've had two failed houses. Both that led us on and then at the last minute changed their minds. One wanted more money (greedy bastard) and the other didn't call us back (too much of a pussy) to let us know we wouldn't be getting the house afterall. So now we're hoping on the 3 bedroom in Elliott. I wouldn't mind living there because I could walk to my classes since I'd basically be living on campus. I really hope we get. It's more likely since we are college students and that's the majority of the residence at those apartments anyway.

I also want my bunny. I dunno if Elliott will let me have one. I really wanted it though. So boo. We'll have to wait and see.

Just look at how cute they are! They're so little!

I need a paycheck.

Your Soul Is Like A Secret That I Never Could Keep.

Oh yes, that is an N*Sync lyric. We listened to it all last weekend.

Yesterday I went to see The Da Vinci Code with Ethan, Erin, and Kim. It was a good movie but the story I have to tell happened before the movie.
So we got into the elevator in the garage with a woman and her young daughter. She might have been six or seven. So we all let her push the button because she seemed really excited about it. After she pushes it she says, "Mommy, do you know what my favorite number is?" Her mom replied, "What is it?" The girl gets a proud look on her face and says "69."
All of us started cracking up. We couldn't help it! She obviously didn't know what she was saying but her mother looked horrified. She was also smiling but we could tell she was embarrassed. Her daughter then says,"Mommy! That's a BIG number!" We all laughed so much. I felt bad for laughing and tried to muffle it but Erin was laughing the hardest and we laughed all the way out of the elevator. Her mom laughed a little too out of sheer embarrassment.
It was just too awesome.

Anyway, the movie was good but that was better. I also started watching Lost with my sister and Ethan. Ethan loves it. I like it a lot but especially after the last episode we watched. (episode four: walkabout). It was about Terry O'Quinn (Locke) and it was just so well done and I cried and cried when he started walking. Seriously. I was sobbing. It just hit me so hard and I felt so happy for him and sad for him beforehand and it was just so good. It was amazingly well done. So, Lost... here I come. You've convinced me to watch you.

Taking A While, Raising A Smile, Makes It All Worthwhile.

I have good news and bad news.

First the bad news. It's pretty bad and sad. Lauren and I found out this morning that the house we found (!!!!) raised the price and now we can't afford it (boooo!). So we're back to square 1 again. I really really want to get a house and not have to split up into apartments in Elliott, which is what will most likely happen.

So the GOOD news is.... I GOT A JOB! Yay!!!!! I'm super excited. I'm making 9 dollars an hour! Way more than I ever have. And I start tomorrow. It's at My Dog Bakery which is in Railroad Square and it's a tiny tiny hole in the wall shop that sells frou frou-y dog gifts. Like biscuits and sweaters and booties and dog tags. It's all so silly but hey, for 9 an hour, I'm definitely going to work there! Maybe now my dad's dog Cocoa Puff can have a proper sweater. (mwahhahahaha)

I Know This Dream, It Might Be Crazy But It's The Only One I've Got.

Last night I saw a band called Aloha that was really good. Everyone had heard them before but not me and I really liked them! I even have a shirt, haha..
But they are the dorkiest guys ever. There's four of them and one looks JUST like Jeff Doyle. It was funny. They are just big dorks that play good music.

List of things I need to do:
-Make reservations for Tahoe camping trip and get the rest of the info.
-Call the social worker of the kids I may start babysitting.
-Call the Airport Health Club for a job!
-Go to Santa Cruz to visit Maggie and give her her b-day presents. (visiting Allie too, of course).
-Finish planning Erin's b-day party with Brianna and make invitations.
-Email the other two people about the houses we want to move into.
-Find out if there is a Cotati house available.
-If those fail, move into the Elliott st. Apartments with Lauren and Julia.

Yeah we've started looking for a place. Lauren wants to move out asap and I'd like to as well. There's a really nice house on Sebastapol road that looks great! It has access to a pool/spa and workout room. Plus it's three bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths! Feray! They just have to accept five kids who want to move in. It screams "party house" but that's really not what we're looking for. So don't expect parties, cause we ain't havin' 'em!

You're The One Who Taught Me How To Twist And Shout, Because You Shout Non-stop And You're So Twisted Too!

Yesterday I got my first taste of what tour will be like in the van. Except we didn't sleep in it. But it was alright. Driving was fine and though I didn't really wanna eat at In&Out at 10:30 or whatever, it was cool. I had a milkshake but it made me a lil sick. I probably shouldn't have had it, since I had already had ice cream anyway at the SKATE RINK.

Yes, Numbers Like Dinosaurs played at a Skating Arena. It was San Jose Skate and I wish that all our friends could have been there because there weren't like, a hundred people skating and we could have had it basically to ourselves and it would have been awesome. But I skated and Ethan skated with me a little bit which was hilarious. He's never skated before! Gah! So funny.
I also ate lots of really crappy food (except the ice cream which was one of those like little strawberry cheesecake ice cream bars. mmmm) and tried to play games that didn't work. There were bands playing and I played merch girl for them. So it was pretty fun.

I might not get to see Harvey this weekend but I am DEFINITELY going TWICE next week. For both casts. Oh Matzen and her double casting. But tonight I'm hanging out with Erin to see her 'cause her birthday was yesterday and I couldn't see her. And also maybe seeing Brick again because a bunch are going and rialto popcorn is good. Tomorrow is Cinco de Mayo and I might be going to the beach? I don't know. But I do know that I have a hair appointment and I'm getting BANGS. Yes!

Alrighty, I suppose I'm done. I should eat lunch. Ciao!

So What Should It Matter To Me What You Do In Bed With Guys?

I pretty much realize that that other blog was really selfish but oh well. Haha..

Today I got to go shopping which made me happy. My mom spoils me and I know it but it's great and she loves it. I now have cowboy boots. They're darker than the original leather but I love them. They scrunch down and everything. They were 13 dollars. w00t! I also got a new bikini (after 1 1/2 years) which is also awesome. And other clothes. My new bra is a 34 D! (ouch). I love shopping. It makes everyone happy. I felt like Gabrielle Solis walking up the stairs with my 7 bags.
And I got Ethan a birthday present. Feray!
Lauren comes home on Friday. Feray!
I'm going on a diet! Feray?

Yeah I've decided it just needs to happen. Cutting back on portions and exercising more (riding bike) is the main part.

Oh and Silent Hill was fucking scary until the end when I just laughed and 'woot'ed the entire time. Scary movies always end like that for me. When everyone just gets what they deserve and I laugh and scream yay! But the first part was definitely horrifying. What a hell they came up with. And the music = A+ for going with the game.
